Western Growers Center for Innovation & Technology is proud to introduce a new Center sponsor, Designed Workforce Solutions (DWS), to the companies that make up the WGCIT community. Designed Workforce Solutions is an affiliate company of Masis Staffing Solutions, with a focus on customized staffing solutions for the food and produce processing, logistics and warehousing, and manufacturing industry segments.
They specialize in Customized Staffing Solution for the entire talent management process from the procurement of management and supervisory staff, to timekeeping, payroll and accounting. They can manage multiple team projects and coordinate across multiple vendors as the lead staffing partner in a Master Service Provider capacity.
